Transcript Requests

Need a copy of your transcript? Whether you're applying to college, a scholarship, or a job, we’re here to help you get the official records you need. Our Student Services team processes transcript requests quickly and securely. Please follow the instructions below to submit your request, and be sure to allow adequate processing time. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

If the transcript is not picked up in 10 days, you will need to request a new one.

Transcripts must be requested via Google Form and paid for through School Cash. Transcript requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. Any transcripts requested during school breaks ( OCPS Summer School Shutdown, Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring, etc.) will be reviewed and processed upon our return.

**PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT permitted to email transcripts**

Delivery Options

• Electronic Submission: Some institutions accept transcripts electronically.
• Mail or In-Person Pickup: Transcripts can be mailed or picked up with a valid photo ID.
• Please Note: In accordance with federal law and OCPS policy, transcripts cannot be sent via email to protect your privacy.

Processing Time

• Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing.
• Graduating seniors: Final transcripts will be available 2–3 weeks after the last day of school.

Who Can Request a Transcript?

• Students 18 years or older
• Parents/guardians of students under 18

 Important Reminders

• Once opened, official transcripts are no longer considered official unless sent directly to the receiving institution.
• For questions, contact your school counselor and include “Transcript” in the subject line of your email.
